Your Team

The Transformation Office drives the implementation of "We MAKE Future" and leads the company-wide Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process to ensure strategic alignment, transparency, and collaboration across all business units. It supports leaders and teams, shares best practices and provides transparency.

  • Own and drive the end-to-end company-wide Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process, ensuring alignment with governance and strategic priorities

  • Design, implement, execute, and continuously enhance the QBR framework, including ceremonies, timelines, tools, and templates

  • Enable data-driven decision-making by facilitating Board Planning sessions and synthesizing strategic insights for top management

  • Champion organizational understanding and adoption of the QBR process; host alignment ceremonies across tribes and business units

  • Build and lead a strong cross-functional network (e.g., Strategy, Finance, Technology, People & Culture) to support and deliver QBR outcomes

  • Do you have a performance- and outcome-oriented mindset with a can-do attitude and strong strategic thinking, based on deep business and/or IT understanding?

  • Are you confident in written and verbal communication with senior stakeholders and do you have initial leadership experience, for example from managing projects?

  • Are you comfortable working in ambiguous and changing environments, adapting continuously until the desired outcome is achieved?

  • Do you possess strong presentation development skills, data literacy, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools?

  • Do you have experience with Quarterly Business Review (QBR) processes and agile ways of working?
