B2C Value Management & Analytics Tribe
The B2C Value Management & Analytics Tribe focuses on analyzing customer data and market trends to create strategies that maximize customer lifetime value, drive engagement, and optimize business outcomes in the consumer market.

  • Co-lead the B2C Value Management & Analytics Tribe with a focus on the Tech agenda, ensuring technology drives business results and overall performance
  • Define and implement the Tribe’s technology vision and roadmap to support strategic objectives
  • Allocate Tech resources effectively across squads to optimize delivery and execution
  • Co-own Tribe KPIs, with a strong focus on Tech/IT-related delivery and performance metrics
  • Lead and develop Tech Chapter Leads, fostering growth, collaboration, and technical excellence

  • Do you bring proven leadership experience and a strong background in data and data-driven environments, enabling you to translate data insights into strategic actions?
  • Do you have experience in leading tech-driven teams and aligning technology with business goals to drive performance?
  • Can you define and implement a technology vision and roadmap that supports strategic objectives and market demands?
