Your Team

Vision of Data & AI department is to enable every decision within Magenta to be data driven. We aim to be the #1 business partner for all Magenta units, when it comes to data. We are on a mission to simplify our data stack and bring our data to a modern cloud. And we want to become more efficient with data step-by-step in an agile approach.

The driving force behind our success is also a skilled and dedicated data project management team. We are searching for a Data Project Manager to work with the teams focused on data platforms, tool implementation and data pipelines.

  •  Drive end-to-end delivery of data-driven cloud initiatives, ensure compliance, quality, and timely execution.
  • Connect business goals with technology by acting as a sparring partner with the Product Owner, planning thoroughly, and motivating the squad with clear direction.
  • Coordinate resources effectively so that projects stay aligned with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Manage stakeholders and dependencies by maintaining strong relationships, resolving blockers, and providing transparent status updates.
  • Lead agile practices as a Scrum Master, guiding the team through transformation and establishing new processes and guidelines.
  • Apply technical and regulatory expertise with a solid grasp of data engineering, DevOps principles, and GDPR compliance.

  • You have a degree in Business Management, Business IT or another related field and several years of relevant professional experience?

  • You possess strong project management skills and are familiar with agile methodologies?

  • You have an analytical mindset and excellent communication skills?

  • You are fluent in English and at least average in German?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of € 3.686,- based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience. You can expect an attractive offer that exceeds the minimum stipulated by the agreement.
