Technical Business Analyst (f/m/d) – BSS & Digital Solutions

- Design end-to-end solutions across Telco BSS domains, including data flows, API specifications, interface designs, workflow modelling, and prototypes — with a strong emphasis on product catalogue, sales orchestration, and order management
- Translate business requirements into precise, implementable user stories by performing technical impact analysis, breaking down features, and supporting refinement, development, and release in an Agile setup
- Collaborate closely with developers to validate feasibility, ensure design integrity, review merge requests, and maintain adherence to technical and functional standards
- Model workflow-driven and AI‑enabled solutions using modern workflow engines and AI design patterns to support automation, operational efficiency, and intelligent decisioning
- Ensure architectural and compliance alignment by partnering with Solution Architecture to apply target architecture principles, integration patterns, security standards, and regulatory requirements
- Manage the full lifecycle of assigned applications, especially within catalogue and order management platforms, ensuring system stability, continuous improvement, and reduction of technical debt
- Act as a trusted consultant for business stakeholders by identifying challenges, proposing solution alternatives, driving Proof of Concepts, and promoting customer-centric process and system design

Do you have 5–10 years of experience in IT, with a strong focus on software engineering and/or solution design?

Do you have strong hands-on experience in SaaS integration, API & microservices design, and workflow engines (e.g., BPM technologies like Camunda)?

Do you have practical experience with AI technologies, including frameworks and real-world use case implementation?

Are you an excellent problem-solver and communicator, able to navigate complex environments, align stakeholders, and drive solutions from concept to implementation?

According to the collective agreement for the telecommunications industry, this position carries a minimum gross monthly salary of € 4.046,28 based on full-time employment (38.5 hours per week). We will discuss your actual salary with you in person, taking into account your individual qualifications and professional experience.
